Overview
HNS-200 torque spanne verification instrument is a professional instrument produced by HBO for all kinds of torque spanne verification (calibrate). The instrument conforms to JJG 797-2013 torque spanne verification instrument verification procedure and JJG707-2014 torque spanne verification procedure standard test method. It adopts electronic Sensor technology and has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity and reliable data.

Principle
The HNS-200 torque wrench verification instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, connects the Sensor and the square head of the torque wrench through the connecting shaft, operates the torque loading hand wheel to apply torque, and connects the shaft counterclockwise swirl/spin when swirling/spinning the hand wheel clockwise to realize torque loading. The instrument accurately measures torque through the Sensor and displays test data in real time on the touch LCD screen.

Steps
1. Press the power switch, turn on the power, the indicator light is on, and the test system starts-up
2. Adjust the loading arm length of the torque wrench through the arm adjustment hand wheel
3. Use the horizontal column to adjust the handle height of the torque wrench so that it is level on the verification instrument
4. Lock the limit block through the plum screw
5. Select or set test items, check points and other parameters on the touch LCD screen
6. swirl/spin torque loading hand wheel applied torque test
7. View test data in real time through the monitor
8. After the test is completed, the test data can be printed directly through the printer
9. If online operation is required, connect the computer through the communication interface for data reading, storage, analysis, etc
10. Press the power switch to turn off the system after use

• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and electromagnetic interference
• Power frequency must be AC 220V 50HZ
• The length of the torque wrench should be within the range of 180-900mm
• Make sure all connecting parts are firm and reliable before operation
• Turn off the power in time after use
