Overview
The new HDD-50S motor stage is HBO's High Accuracy load test bench specially designed for HF series and HG series. The product adopts high-torque stepper motor, High Accuracy encoder and super large Touchscreen, with built-in double-column structure. It has the advantages of good Stability, wide application range, beautiful appearance, convenient use, and has various functions such as speed and displacement control, manual/automatic mode, automatic control of movement times, and in-place delay.

6. Real-time display of displacement, running speed and moving direction (positive + up, negative down).
7. Provide a variety of test modes such as automatic counting, automatic timing, expansion rate testing, and fully automatic programming.
8. In the fully automatic programming mode, 5 different test shifts and 5 different Test speeds can be customized, which is convenient for quickly completing the test.
9. Force holding function: After reaching the specified position or setting the force value, the holding time can be freely set (Force Gauge is required).
10. Set the force value for round-trip movement function: The force value can be set for round-trip movement, and the force value, holding time and number of movements can be freely set (Force Gauge is required).
11. Pull and break and stop function: When the force applied to the tested object disappears, the device stops immediately (Force Gauge is required).
Principle
The motor stage is driven by a high-torque stepper motor through an electric loading mode, and is precisely controlled by a High Accuracy encoder. Users can set operating parameters through Touchscreen, and the equipment executes tests such as push-pull load, plug-in force or damage test according to instructions, and feeds back displacement, speed and other data in real time.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V, 50/60HZ).
2. Boot through the 7-inch Touchscreen and enter the Operating interface.
3. According to the test requirements, select the test mode such as manual (pointing), automatic or fully automatic programming.
4. Set the required operating speed, displacement, force value (e.g. optional Force Gauge), holding time or number of movements and other parameters.
5. Install and fix the tested sample.
6. Start the test, and the device will run according to the set program.
7. During the test, observe the displacement, speed, and direction displayed on the screen in real time.
8. After the test is completed, the device can be stopped, maintained, or reversed according to the settings.
9. Record or export test data.
Notice
* Make sure to use AC 220V power supply and meet 50/60HZ Frequency requirements.
* Device weight about 56kg, moving and installation need to pay attention to safety.
* Force holding, set force value round-trip movement and pull and break stop functions need to be equipped with Force Gauge before use.
Please confirm that the tested sample has been correctly installed and fixed before running.
* Do not exceed the Maximum Measured value (50N/5Kg/11lb).
* Note that the effective travel of the device is 225mm, please do not run beyond Travel.
The speed setting should be within the range of 10-800mm/min, and attention should be paid to the setting errors in different speed ranges.
