Overview
HBO HDD-200S New Motor Bench is a High Accuracy Load Test Bench specially designed for HF series and HG series. The product adopts high-torque stepper motor, High Accuracy encoder and super large Touchscreen, with built-in double-column structure. It has the advantages of good Stability, wide application range, beautiful appearance and convenient use. It also has a series of functions such as speed and displacement control, manual (point movement), automatic, automatic control of the number of movements, and in-place delay.

7. Provide automatic counting, automatic timing, expansion rate testing, fully automatic programming, and a variety of test modes.
8. In the fully automatic programming mode, 5 different test shifts and 5 different Test speeds can be customized, which is convenient and fast to complete the test.
9. Force holding function: to the specified position or set the force value, the holding time can be freely set (Force Gauge is required).
10. Set the force value round-trip motion function: Set the force value round-trip motion, the force value setting, holding time, and the number of movements can be freely set (Force Gauge is required).
11. Pull and break and stop function: After the force on the tested object disappears, it will stop immediately (Force Gauge is required).
Principle
The motor stage is driven by a high-torque stepper motor through an electric loading mode, and the displacement and speed are precisely controlled with a High Accuracy encoder. Users can set operating parameters through Touchscreen, and the equipment executes actions such as push-pull load, plug-in force or damage test according to the command, and real-time feedback of displacement, speed and direction information.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V 50/60HZ power supply.
2. Set test parameters such as running speed, displacement, test mode, etc. through a 7-inch touch LCD screen.
3. According to the test requirements, you can choose manual (point), automatic or fully automatic programming mode.
4. Install the tested sample.
5. Start the test and the device will operate according to the set parameters.
6. During the test, the screen displays the displacement, running speed, and direction in real time.
7. After the test is completed, the device can be delayed, reversed, or stopped according to the setting.
Notice
• Force holding function, set force value round-trip motion function and pull and break stop function need to be equipped with Force Gauge before use.
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC 220V before use.
• Do not exceed the maximum Measured value 200N/20Kg/44lb for testing.
• The operating speed range of the equipment is 10-800mm/min, please set it within this range.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid touching moving parts while the equipment is running.
