Overview
HBO HDD-500S New Motor Bench is a High Accuracy Load Test Bench specially designed for HF Series and HG Series. This product adopts high-torque stepper motor, High Accuracy encoder and super large touch screen, and has a built-in double-column structure. It has the advantages of good Stability, wide application range, beautiful appearance, convenient use, and has various functions such as speed and displacement control, manual/automatic mode, automatic control of movement times, and in-place delay.

7. Provide a variety of test modes such as automatic counting, automatic timing, expansion rate testing, and fully automatic programming.
8. In the fully automatic programming mode, 5 different test shifts and 5 different Test speeds can be customized, which is convenient for quickly completing the test.
9. Force holding function: After reaching the specified position or setting the force value, the holding time can be freely set (Force Gauge is required).
10. Set the force value for round-trip movement function: The force value can be set for round-trip movement, and the force value, holding time and number of movements can be freely set (Force Gauge is required).
11. Pull and break and stop function: When the force applied to the tested object disappears, the device stops immediately (Force Gauge is required).
Principle
The motor stage is driven by a high-torque stepper motor through electric loading mode, combined with a High Accuracy encoder to precisely control the displacement and speed. The system automatically performs push-pull load, insertion force or damage tests according to preset programs (such as displacement, speed, force value and other parameters), and feeds back displacement and speed data in real time to realize a variety of controllable test modes.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50/60HZ) and turn on the device.
2. Enter the Operating interface through the 7-inch Touchscreen, and select the test mode according to the test requirements (such as manual, automatic, fully automatic programming, etc.).
3. Set test parameters, including running speed (10-800mm/min), running distance (maximum effective Travel 225mm), force value (if optional Force Gauge), etc.
4. Install and fix the tested sample.
5. Start the test, and the device will run automatically according to the set program.
6. During the test, the screen displays the displacement, running speed, and direction in real time.
7. After the test is completed, the device can delay, reverse or stop according to the settings, and automatically record data such as counting and timing.
8. View and save the test results.
Notice
Before use, please ensure that the power supply is AC 220V and grounded reliably.
• Do not exceed the maximum Measured value of the device (500N/50Kg/110lb).
• Effective Travel is 225mm, please do not run beyond Travel.
• Speed setting error is +/- 1mm in the range of 10-200mm/min and +/- 0.5% in the range of 200-800mm/min.
• Force holding, set force value round-trip motion and pull and break stop functions need to be equipped with Force Gauge before use.
• Please ensure that the sample is firmly installed during operation to prevent peeling during the test.
• Device weight is about 56kg, please pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
Do not use in humid, dusty or corrosive environments and perform regular maintenance.
