2. Four test modes: counting mode, timing mode, expansion mode, and autonomous programming mode
3. Test speed can be set (speed controllable)
4. The test displacement can be set (the displacement is controllable), and the beam remains stationary when it reaches the set displacement point (the holding time can be set) or returns to the origin
5. The loading force can be set (the force value can be controlled), and the beam remains stationary when the preset force is reached (the holding time can be set) or returns to the origin
6. Force holding function: The force holding time can be freely set
7. Set the force value round-trip function: when the equipment runs to the specified force value, the force value, holding time, and the number of movements can be freely set
8. Pull and break the stop function: after the measured object is discharged, the beam remains stationary or returns to the origin
9. In the fully automatic programming mode, 5 different test shifts and 5 different test speeds can be customized to meet different test requirements

Principle
The motor stage is driven by a stepper motor and a High Accuracy encoder to achieve accurate displacement and force value control through electric loading. During the test, the equipment can automatically adjust the speed, displacement and force values according to preset parameters, and has functions such as holding, round-trip or returning to the origin to ensure the stability and accuracy of the test.

Steps
1. Connect Force Gauge and Fixture (to be purchased separately)
2. Turn on the power and start the device
3. Set test parameters (such as mode, speed, displacement, force value, etc.) through the 7-inch Touchscreen
4. Start the test and the equipment will run automatically
5. After the test is completed, print the test data using a micro-printer

- This machine does not contain Force Gauge and needs to be purchased separately
- Make sure the power supply is AC 220V 50/60HZ before use
- Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid overloading
- Regularly check whether the limit protection device and emergency shutdown device function properly
