Overview
HDD-2000S intelligent double column vertical machine is HBO's High Accuracy load test bench specially matched for HF series and HG series. The product adopts stepper motor and High Accuracy encoder, with high mechanical property stability and accuracy. It has various functions such as speed, displacement, time control and manual and automatic. It is widely used in rubber and plastic, light industry Spinning & weaving and other industries.

2. Four test modes: counting mode, timing mode, expansion mode, and autonomous programming mode
3. Test speed can be set (speed controllable)
4. The test displacement can be set (the displacement is controllable), and the beam remains stationary when it reaches the set displacement point (the holding time can be set) or returns to the origin
5. The loading force can be set (the force value can be controlled), and the beam remains stationary when the preset force is reached (the holding time can be set) or returns to the origin
6. Force holding function: The force holding time can be freely set
7. Set the force value round-trip function: when the equipment runs to the specified force value, the force value, holding time, and the number of movements can be freely set
8. Pull and break the stop function: after the measured object is discharged, the beam remains stationary or returns to the origin
9. In the fully automatic programming mode, 5 different test shifts and 5 different test speeds can be customized to meet different test requirements
10. Equipped with limit protection devices, emergency shutdown devices, and leakage protection devices
11. Standard micro printer, supporting the company's corresponding digital display Force Gauge, can print test data
Principle
The Universal Testing Machine is driven by a stepper motor, combined with a High Accuracy encoder to control displacement and speed, to achieve tests such as tension and compression loads and insertion forces. Users can set parameters through Touchscreen, and the device automatically executes tests and records data.

Steps
1. Installation of Force Gauges and Fixtures (to be purchased separately)
2. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50/60HZ)
3. Select the test mode through the 7-inch Touchscreen (such as counting, timing, telescopic or autonomous programming mode)
4. Set test parameters (e.g. speed, displacement, force value, holding time, or number of movements)
5. Start the test, and the device will automatically run and monitor
6. After the test is completed, print the data using a micro-printer

• This machine does not contain Force Gauge and needs to be purchased separately
