Overview
HDD-5000S intelligent double-column vertical machine is HBO's High Accuracy load test bench specially matched for HF series and HG series. The product adopts stepping motor and High Accuracy encoder, with high mechanical property stability and accuracy, with speed, displacement, time controllable, manual (point movement), automatic, automatic control of the number of movements, and in-place delay. It is widely used in rubber plastics, light industry Spinning & weaving, building doors and windows, composite, Wire and cable, auto parts, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Tensile and compression load, insertion force, Destructiveness, fatigue and other tests.

8. Pull and break the stop function: after the measured object is discharged, the beam remains stationary or returns to the origin
9. In the fully automatic programming mode, 5 different test shifts and 5 different test speeds can be customized

Principle
The Universal Testing Machine is driven by a stepper motor and combined with a High Accuracy encoder to achieve precise control. It can be used with Force Gauge and fixtures to form a small Pull Pressure Tester. The system realizes precise control of speed, displacement and time through electric loading, and supports functions such as manual (point motion), automatic, automatic control of the number of movements, and in-place delay to ensure the stability and accuracy of the test process.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50/60HZ)
2. Installation of Force Gauges and Fixtures (to be purchased separately)
3. Set test parameters (such as mode, speed, displacement, force value, etc.) through the 7-inch Touchscreen
4. Start the test and the equipment will run automatically
5. After the test is completed, print the test data using a micro-printer

• This machine does not contain Force Gauge and needs to be purchased separately
• Make sure the power supply meets the requirements before use (AC 220V 50/60HZ)
• Pay attention to safety during operation, and the equipment is equipped with limit protection, emergency shutdown and leakage protection devices
• When setting parameters, ensure that it is within the specification range (such as the maximum measurement value of 5000N/500Kg, the speed range of 10-800mm/min, etc.)
• Regularly check the Mechanical Properties and accuracy of the equipment to ensure stable operation
