Overview
The AMITTARI Transmittance meter AT-173 is a Portable measuring instrument for light transmitance testing of all transparent, translucent parallel plane samples (e.g. automotive manufacturing, aerospace, Glass products, etc., plastic sheets, sheets, etc.), as well as liquid samples (water, beverages, etc.) turbidity or clarity determination.

Principle
This instrument uses the principle of luminous flux through a transparent or translucent body and its incident ray flux for measurement.

Steps
Make sure the instrument has sufficient power (using a 4X1.5v AAA 7 #battery).
2. Select the measurement mode according to the measurement requirements: visible light transmitance measurement, ultraviolet light transmitance measurement, infrared light transmitance measurement or three-light cycle light transmitance measurement.
3. Adjust the Sensor swirl/spin angle (0-340 °), be careful not to continue swirl/spin after turning to 340 °.
4. Align the instrument to the tested sample for measurement.
5. Use the one-click calibrate function to calibrate.
6. Read measurement results through digital display.
7. Optional to use USB data cable or Bluetooth to communicate with PC to output data.
Notice
* Sensor swirl/spin angle is 0-340 °, do not continue swirl/spin after turning to 340 °, otherwise it will damage the Sensor.
Operating conditions: temperature 0~ 50 ° C; humidity < 90% RH.
* Film thickness should be less than 10mm.
Make sure the power supply is a 4X1.5v AAA 7 #battery, and pay attention to battery replacement.
* Avoid using the instrument in an environment beyond operating conditions.
