Overview
The AMITTARI AV-160T Vibratory Tachometer is an instrument designed for periodic motion measurement to detect imBalances and deviations in moving machinery. The instrument integrates photoelectric tachometer and contact tachometer functions for the measurement of RPM and frequency Hz, enabling accurate, reproducible measurements with a high-performance accelerometer, providing data support for quality control, runtime and equipment maintenance.
Features
1. Complies with international standard ISO2954 for periodic motion measurement to detect mechanical imBalances and deviations
2. Designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations, supporting quality control, running time and equipment maintenance
3. Wide frequency range, up to 10-10KHz in acceleration mode
4. Using Piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor to Convert Vibration Signal
5. With bearing condition measurement function
6. With AC signal output for easy auscultation and recording
7. Optional headphones can be used as a stethoscope
8. Use USB data cable output to communicate with PC
9. Provide Bluetooth data output selection
Principle
Vibration tachometer converts mechanical vibration into electrical signal through piezoelectric vibration Sensor to realize vibration measurement. In terms of speed measurement, it combines photoelectric non-contact measurement and contact measurement methods to accurately capture the speed and frequency parameters of swirl/spin equipment.
Applications
Mechanical vibration measurement, equipment maintenance, quality control, sports machinery testing
Steps
1. Install 4 1.5V AAA batteries for power supply
2. Select measurement mode (vibration or rotational speed)
3. Connect the corresponding Sensor according to the measurement type
4. Place the Sensor on the Tested Device
5. Read the display data (note that if "10" is displayed, multiply the reading by 10)
6. Output data to PC via USB or Bluetooth
Notice
* Operating temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃
When "10" appears on the monitor, the reading is multiplied by 10.
Make sure the battery is fully charged
* Pay attention to the correct contact between the Sensor and the device under test when using
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy
