Overview
AMITTARI FG-104-2K Digital Display Force Gauge is a small, simple and multi-functional High Accuracy thrust and tension testing instrument, which is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire fighting equipment, pen making, lock making, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Push-pull load, insertion force test, Destructiveness test, etc.
Features
1. High Accuracy and resolution
2. Numbers are displayed, ignoring the difference
3. Four measurement units of N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), g (gram) are available and converted to each other
4. Peak hold function, keep peak display until manually cleared
5. Green and environmentally friendly, it can be set to automatically shut down without operation for 10 minutes; it can also be shut down manually.
6. Can be powered by alkaline battery; can also be connected to 6V DC power supply
Principle
Digital Force Gauge converts mechanical signals into electrical signals through Sensor measurement of thrust or tensile loads, and displays measurement results on a large four-digit LCD screen after processing. The instrument supports peak hold function, which can record and maintain the maximum measurement value until manually cleared.
Applications
Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, Fire Equipment, Pen Making, Lock Making, Fishing Tackle, Chemical Industry, Power Machinery, Scientific Research Institutions
Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 6V DC power supply
2. Select the desired measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g)
3. Perform a thrust or pull test
4. Read peak or instantaneous value display
5. Manually clear or wait for automatic shutdown after use
Notice
• The allowable load is 150% F.s, and there is a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s
• The operation temperature range is 0~ 40 ° C
• relative humidity should be less than 80%
• The working environment requires no seismic source and corrosive medium around
• Avoid using beyond the measurement range
• Regularly check the battery level or power connection
