Overview
AMITTARI FG-104-10K Digital Display Force Gauge is a small, simple and multi-functional High Accuracy thrust and tension testing instrument, which is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire fighting equipment, pen making, lock making, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Push-pull load, insertion force test, Destructiveness test, etc.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor
2. Four measurement units of N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), g (gram) are available and converted to each other
3. Peak hold function, keep peak display until manually cleared
4. Green and environmentally friendly, it can be set to shut down automatically without operation for 10 minutes, or it can be shut down manually.
5. Can use alkaline battery power supply, can also be connected to 6V DC power supply
Principle
The digital Force Gauge converts mechanical signals into electrical signals through Sensor measurement of thrust or pull, which are processed and displayed digitally on the LCD screen. With a peak hold function, the maximum force value during the test can be recorded and maintained until manually cleared.
Applications
Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, Fire Equipment, Pen Making, Lock Making, Fishing Tackle, Chemical Industry, Power Machinery, Scientific Research Institutions
Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 6V DC power supply
2. Select the desired measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g)
3. Perform a thrust or pull test
4. Read peak or instantaneous value display
5. Manual clearing after the test is completed
6. Can choose automatic shutdown or manual shutdown
Notice
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and corrosive media
