Overview
AMITTARI FG-107-2K digital display Force Gauge is a small, simple and multi-functional High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument with the advantages of High Accuracy, easy operation and easy portability. The instrument has a peak hold test mode, which is convenient for testers to use, and can store test data and enter it into a computer for statistical analysis. It can be combined with various test benches and fixtures to form a testing machine for different purposes.

Principle
The thrust or pull force received by the instrument is conducted through the sensing screw. The thrust defaults to a positive value, and the pull defaults to a negative value. The measurement data is displayed through the monitor, with a peak hold function to maintain the maximum measurement value, and 99 test data can be stored. The instrument can transfer the data to the computer for statistical analysis via USB data cable or Bluetooth.

Steps
1. Connect the corresponding probe attachment to the sensing screw
2. Press the power button to turn it on.
3. Use the Unit key to select the desired measurement unit
4. Carry out the push-pull force test, and the monitor displays the measurement value in real time
5. Press the peak button to maintain the peak display
6. Press the save button to save the current test data
7. Press the read key to view the stored data
8. After use, press the power button to shut down or wait for automatic shutdown.

* Allowable load is 150% F.s, there is a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s
