Overview
AMITTARI FG-107-5K digital display Force Gauge is a small, simple and multi-functional High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument with the advantages of High Accuracy, easy operation and easy portability. With peak hold test mode, the test data can be stored and input to the computer for statistical analysis, and can be combined with various test benches and fixtures to form a testing machine for different purposes.

Principle
The thrust or pull force received by the thruster is transmitted through the sensing screw, and the force signal is converted into an electrical signal. After processing, the measurement reading is displayed by the monitor. The peak hold function can record the maximum test value, and the data can be output to the computer via USB or Bluetooth for analysis.

Steps
1. Press the power/return button to turn it on.
2. Use the Unit key to select the measurement unit
3. Use the zero key to calibrate
4. Connect the corresponding probe for testing
5. Use the peak key to switch the peak hold mode
6. Use the save key to store test data
7. Use the read key to view the stored data
8. Use the delete key to delete unwanted data
9. Connect the computer to output data through the data cable interface
Notice
* operation temperature range: 0~ 40ºC
* relative humidity should be less than 80%
* The working environment should be free of seismic sources and corrosive media
* Allowable load is 150% F.s, there is a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s
* Zero point should be calibrated before use
* Pay attention to the battery level indicator and replace the battery in time
* Avoid over-range use to prevent damage to the Sensor
