Overview
SGW-532 Automatic (High Speed) Polarimeter is a High Accuracy Optical inspection analytical instrument of INESA brand. It adopts Light Emitting Diode Illuminant and built-in temperature control device. It has heating and chilling down functions and supports temperature control measurement. The instrument operation interface adopts 8-inch color point array touch LCD display, which is fast, stable and reliable for measurement and meets GMP requirements.

Principle
The SGW-532 automatic Polarimeter works based on the principle of Optical inspection. It uses Light Emitting Diode combined with Interference filter to produce 589nm Sodium D Light spectrum Illuminant. When the ray of light passes through the sample, the polarization swirl/spin occurs. The instrument detects the swirl/spin angle and calculates parameters such as optical rotation, specific rotation, concentration and sugar content. The built-in temperature control device realizes accurate temperature control through the Peltier element to ensure stable measurement conditions.
