SGW-650 automatic image Melting point meter is INESA brand High Accuracy melting point measuring instrument, using high resolution digital camera and image processing technology implementation automatic detection, built-in WINDOWS operating system, support simultaneous measurement of five capillary tubing, with automatic measurement and manual visual measurement function.
Features
1. Adopt high-resolution digital camera, automatically detect through image processing and analysis, and have playback function.

Principle
The instrument collects sample images through high-resolution digital cameras, automatically detects melting point changes through image processing and analysis, and the temperature control system uses platinum resistance detection elements to precisely control the heating process to achieve automatic or visual measurement.

Steps

• Use capillary tubing of the specified size (outer diameter φ 1.4mm, inner diameter φ 1.0mm, length 90mm).
• The sample height is controlled within 3mm.
