Overview
The SGW-630 automatic image Melting point meter is a High Accuracy instrument of the INESA brand. It uses a high-resolution digital camera and image processing technology for automatic detection and has playback function. The instrument can measure three capillary tubing at the same time, built-in WINDOWS operating system, simple and intuitive operation, supports printer connection, and is suitable for a variety of sample tests.

Principle
The instrument captures sample images through a high-resolution digital camera, automatically detects melting point changes through image processing and analysis, and supports playback function. The temperature control system uses platinum resistance detection elements to ensure linear heating and improve measurement accuracy and reliability.

Notice
- Power frequency 220V +/- 22V, frequency 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
- Use the specified capillary tubing size: outer diameter φ 1.4mm, inner diameter φ 1.0mm, length 90mm.
The sample height should be controlled at 3mm.

- Periodic multi-point calibrating to maintain accuracy.
