Overview
The INESA WRS-2A microcomputer Melting point meter is a precision instrument with photoelectric automatic detection technology, equipped with color LCD screen display and numeric keypad input, which can automatically measure and record melting point data. The instrument uses high Linearity platinum resistance temperature detection element and PID adjustment technology to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability, in line with Pharmacopoeia capillary tubing sample tube standards.

Principle
The instrument monitors the melting process of the sample through the photoelectric automatic detection system, uses the high Linearity platinum resistance to detect the temperature change in real time, and combines the PID adjustment technology to precisely control the heating rate. The measurement data is displayed on the color LCD screen, and the melting Linear dispersion is automatically recorded, and the initial melting, final melting and average value are finally calculated and displayed.

Steps
1. Prepare capillary tubing samples to meet specifications
2. Load the sample into the designated location of the instrument
3. Set parameters through the numeric keypad
4. Select the heating rate and start the measurement
5. Observe the automatically displayed initial and final melting values
6. Record or save data through a communication interface
Notice
• Power frequency within 220V +/- 22V range
• Use capillary tubing of the specified size (outer diameter φ 1.4mm, inner diameter φ 1.0mm, length 90mm)
• The sample height is controlled at 3mm.
• Select the correct heating rate gear
