Overview
SGW X-4A microscopic Melting point meter is a professional melting point measuring instrument of INESA brand. It adopts Microscope observation method, which can be measured by both capillary method and slide-coverslip method (hot table method). Mainly used for melting point determination of crystalline organic compounds such as chemicals, Spinning & weaving, fuels, fragrances, etc., with Draft Shield design to reduce the influence of environment on test results.

Principle
Microscope observation method is used to determine the melting point by heating the sample and observing its melting process. Both the traditional capillary method and the slide-coverslip method (hot stage method) can be used to determine the melting point.

Steps
1. Select capillary method or hot table method for measurement
2. Place the sample in the appropriate container
3. Microscope observation of sample status
4. Record the temperature value of the sample when it melts

• power requirements: 220V +/- 22V 50Hz +/- 1Hz
• Environmental factors may affect the test results, it is recommended to use in a stable environment
• Pay attention to the temperature range limit during operation (RT +~ 320 ℃)
