Overview
QZM cone mill is a grinding equipment of YONGLIDA brand, which is suitable for wet ultra-fine particle grinding of various paints, water-soluble and grease materials. The equipment can grind materials with an initial particle size of about 100 μm after 3-5 repeated grinds, so that the particle fineness reaches less than 25 μm.
Features

Principle
The device shears and grinds the material through an adjustable gap (0.01mm~ 1mm) formed between the convex and concave films. Rotation speed of 180rpm swirl/spin clockwise, the material is squeezed and rubbed in the gap to achieve ultrafine particle refinement. After multiple cycles of grinding, the particle size of the material is significantly reduced.

Steps
1. According to the material characteristics, adjust the gap between the convex film and the concave film.
2. Add the material to be ground (initial particle size about 100μm) to the equipment, and the grinding capacity is about 50ml.
3. Start the equipment, convex grinding at 180rpm Rotation speed clockwise running for grinding.
4. According to the required fineness, the material usually needs to be subjected to 3-5 repeated grinding cycles.
After the grinding is completed, check the particle fineness of the material, which should not be greater than 25μm.

• The power supply of the equipment is three-phase AC 380V/50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• Before operation, please confirm that the gap between the convex film and the concave film is set properly.
• The grinding capacity is about 50ml, please do not overfeed.
• During the operation of the equipment, the convex mill is swirl/spin clockwise, please pay attention to the direction.
• Depending on the initial state of the material and the target fineness, multiple grinding cycles may be required.
