Overview
The WQD-1A drop point softening point tester is an automatic detection instrument of the INESA brand. It is used to determine the drop point and softening point of amorphous polymers to determine their physicochemical properties such as density, coalescence, heat resistance, etc. The instrument can replace the traditional Ukranian drop point measurement and global method softening point measurement, and is widely used in tar, asphalt, paraffin, Resin, rosin, grease, Vaseline, ointment, ointment, suppository, ointment, edible oil and other materials. Composition control and mass detection.
Features
1. Determine the drop point and softening point of the amorphous polymer compound, and determine the physical and chemical properties such as density, coalescence, and heat resistance.
2. It can replace the traditional Ukranian drip point determination and global method softening point determination.
3. High temperature measurement accuracy, convenient reading, easy operation, no human error, strong sense of cleanliness.
4. Temperature range, from RT +~ 300 ℃, temperature resolution up to 0.1 ℃.
5. Provide eight-speed heating rate options: 0.2, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5 ° C/min.
6. LCD display, Indication Error small: +/- 0.5 ℃ (≤ 200 ℃) and +/- 1.0 ℃ (> 200 ℃).
7. Power frequency adaptability: 220V +/- 22V 50Hz +/- 1Hz, compact shape, net weight 10kg.
Principle
WQD-1A drop point softening point tester can accurately measure the drop point and softening point of amorphous polymer compounds at a specific heating rate by automatically controlling the heating process. The instrument adopts High Accuracy temperature transducer and liquid crystal display system to monitor temperature changes in real time to ensure accurate and reliable measurement results and avoid human operation errors.
Applications
Composition control and mass detection of tar, asphalt, paraffin, Resin, rosin, grease, Vaseline, ointment, ointment, suppository, ointment, edible oil, etc
Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is within the range of 220V +/- 22V.
2. Turn on the power supply of the instrument and check whether the LCD display is normal.
3. Set the required heating rate (optional 0.2, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5 ° C/min).
4. Place the sample in the testing system and start the automatic measurement program.
5. The instrument automatically heats up and records the drop point or softening point temperature, and reads the result through the liquid crystal display.
6. After the measurement is complete, turn off the power and clean the instrument.
Notice
• Power frequency meets 220V +/- 22V requirements before use to avoid voltage instability affecting measurement accuracy.
• Pay attention to the heating rate setting during operation and select the appropriate gear to ensure measurement accuracy.
Samples should be placed evenly to avoid affecting the measurement results.
• Do not touch high temperature parts during measurement process to prevent burns.
• Regularly clean the instrument, keep the testing system hygienic, and avoid contaminating the sample.
• When the instrument is not in use, the power supply should be disconnected and stored in a drying environment.
