Overview
SGW-820 light transmitter/haze meter is a fully automatic measuring instrument of INESA brand, designed according to the national standard GB/T2410-2008 and the American standard ASTM D1003-61 (2007). The instrument is suitable for light transmitter and haze testing of transparent and translucent parallel plane samples (such as plastic plates, sheets, Plastic films, flat Glass), and is widely used in national defense scientific research and industrial and agricultural production.
Features
1. The technical parameters comply with GB/T2410-2008, ASTM D1003-61 (2007), JIS K7105-81 and other standards, which is convenient for domestic and foreign technical exchanges
2. Adopt parallel lighting, hemispherical scattering, and integrating sphere photoelectric reception methods
3. Equipped with microcomputer automatic operating system and data processing system, can save 2000 sets of data, support U disk storage and USB interface communication
4. The accuracy of light transmitance and haze display reaches 0.01%
5. Adopt modulator, not affected by environment light, no darkroom, to ensure the accuracy of large sample measurement
6. Equipped with thin film magnetic fixture and liquid sample cup, easy to operate
7. Random with fog sheet, easy to check the function of the instrument
Principle
The instrument adopts parallel illumination, hemisphere scattering and integrating sphere photoelectric reception mode, eliminates the environment light interference through modulator, and automatically measures the light transmitance and haze of the sample.
Applications
National defense scientific research, industrial and agricultural production
Standards
GB/T2410-2008、ASTM D1003-61(2007)、JIS K7105-81
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it in the sample window
2. Use a thin film magnetic clamp or liquid sample cup to fix the sample
3. Automatic measurement by microcomputer system start-up
4. Read light transmitance and haze results
5. Save data or export via USB interface
Notice
• The fog sheet cannot be wiped, it can be blown with a rubbersuction bulb
• Power frequency 220V +/- 22V, frequency 50Hz +/- 1Hz
• Avoid operating in bright light environments, although the instrument has a modulator design
• Regularly check the function of the instrument and verify it with a random haze sheet
