Overview
The WBL-810 automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer is an INESA brand product. According to the static capacity method measurement principle, it refers to ISO9277, ISO15901 international standards and GB-119587 national standards. The instrument tests the adsorption and desorption process through mass equilibrate equation, static gas equilibrate and pressure measurement. The test is carried out at the temperature of liquid nitrogen. The pressure drop caused by the known amount of gas filled into the sample tube calculates the MOLECULAR mass of the adsorption equilibrate gas, and calculates various specific surface area and porosity parameters using theoretical models.
Features
1. Modular gas circuit design: Adopting a unique modular all-stainless steel vacuum gas circuit design and professional anti-leakage and pollution measures to ensure high vacuum and avoid leakage drawbacks.
2. Constant temperature: The self-developed metal dewar can store liquid nitrogen for more than ten days. During the experiment, there is almost no loss of liquid nitrogen to ensure the constant temperature of the sample and avoid the defect that Glass Dewar is fragile and not suitable for moving.
3. High Accuracy Sensors: Multiple High Accuracy Sensors and 22-bit AD converters ensure the accuracy of specific surface area and aperture calculations.
4. Professional theoretical model: Adopting Density Function Theory (DFT) and Monte Carlo (MC) pore size distribution model, it is at the forefront of the industry.
5. Operation automation: adsorption and desorption processes are all controlled by computers without manual operation.
Principle
According to the measurement principle of static capacity method, the adsorption and desorption process was tested by mass equilibrate equation, static gas equilibrate and pressure measurement, and the test was carried out at the temperature of liquidnitrogen. The pressure drop caused by the known amount of gas charging into the sample tube is calculated from this. The MOLECULAR mass of the adsorption gas when adsorption equilibrate is calculated. By measuring the amount of equilibrate adsorption, the theoretical model is used to calculate the specific surface area and porosity parameters of the measured sample.
