Overview
WBL-820 automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer is a product of INESA brand. According to the static capacity method measurement principle, refer to ISO9277, ISO15901 international standards and GB-119587 national standards. The test process is carried out at the temperature of liquidnitrogen. The adsorption and desorption process is tested by mass equilibrate equation, static gas equilibrate and pressure measurement. The MOLECULAR mass of the adsorbed gas during adsorption equilibrate is calculated, and the specific surface area, pore volume and distribution parameters of the sample are obtained by using the theoretical model.
Features
1. Modular gas circuit design: a unique modular all-stainless steel vacuum gas circuit design and anti-leakage and pollution measures are adopted to ensure high vacuum.
2. Constant temperature: The self-developed metal dewar bottle can store liquidnitrogen for ten days, and there is almost no loss of liquidnitrogen during the experiment to ensure that the sample temperature is constant.
3. High Accuracy Sensor: Equipped with multiple High Accuracy Sensors and 22-bit AD converter devices to ensure calculation accuracy.
4. Professional theoretical model: using Density Function Theory (DFT) and Monte Carlo (MC) pore size distribution model, leading the technology level.
5. Operation automation: adsorption and desorption processes are all controlled by computers without manual operation.
Principle
According to the measurement principle of static capacity method, the test is carried out at the temperature of liquidnitrogen. After the known amount of gas is filled into the sample tube, the MOLECULAR mass of the adsorption equilibrated gas is calculated by the pressure drop. Using the measured equilibrate adsorption, the theoretical model is used to calculate the specific surface area, pore volume and distribution of the sample.
