Overview
WBL-830 automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer is an INESA brand product. According to the static capacity method measurement principle, it refers to ISO9277, ISO15901 international standards and GB-119587 national standards. The instrument tests the adsorption and desorption process at the temperature of liquid nitrogen through mass equilibrate equation, static gas equilibrate and pressure measurement. It can calculate the MOLECULAR mass of the adsorbed gas during adsorption equilibrate, and use the theoretical model to calculate the specific surface area of the sample, pore size distribution and other parameters.
Features
1. Modular gas circuit design: All stainless steel vacuum gas circuit design and anti-leakage and pollution measures are adopted to ensure high vacuum.
2. Constant temperature: The metal dewar can store liquidnitrogen for ten days, and the liquidnitrogen loss is minimal during the experiment to ensure that the sample temperature is constant.
3. High Accuracy Sensor: Equipped with multiple High Accuracy Sensors and 22-bit AD converter devices to ensure calculation accuracy.
4. Professional theoretical model: using Density Function Theory (DFT) and Monte Carlo (MC) pore size distribution model, with high technical level.
5. Operation automation: adsorption and desorption processes are all controlled by computers without manual operation.
Principle
According to the static capacity method measurement principle, the adsorption and desorption process was tested by mass equilibrate equation, static gas equilibrate and pressure measurement, and the test was carried out at the temperature of liquidnitrogen. The pressure drop caused by the known amount of gas charging into the sample tube was calculated from the pressure drop of the adsorption equilibrate. By measuring the amount of equilibrate adsorption, the theoretical model was used to calculate the specific surface area and pore size distribution of the sample.
Applications
Research and product testing of various materials, including measurement boilingstone, molecular sieve, silica, aluminum oxide, soil, clay, catalyst, organometallic compound skeleton structure
Standards
ISO9277、ISO15901、GB-119587
Steps
1. The adsorption and desorption processes are all controlled by computers without manual operation.
Notice
• Modular gas circuit design is adopted to ensure high vacuum and avoid leakage.
• Use a metal dewar bottle to keep the temperature constant to avoid the defect that the Glass Dewar bottle is fragile and should not be moved.
Equipped with High Accuracy Sensor and AD converter to ensure measurement accuracy.
• During the experiment, the liquid nitrogen storage is stable and the loss is reduced.
