Overview
INESA WKL-702 Particle image analyzer combines traditional microscopic measurement methods with modern image technology. It is an instrument that uses image method for particle morphology analysis and particle measurement. It consists of Optical Microscopy, digital CCD camera and particle image processing and analysis software. The system transmits images to computers through dedicated digital cameras, and analyzes and processes images through dedicated software. It has the characteristics of intuition, image, accuracy and wide measurement range.
Features
1. Various image processing methods: image enhancement, image superposition, local extraction, fixed magnification, contrast ratio, luminance adjustment, particle positioning, automatic segmentation and dozens of other functions.
2, with roundness, Linear dispersion, circumference, area, diameter and other dozens of geometric parameters of the basic measurement.
3. The distribution map can be directly plotted in a linear or non-linear statistical manner according to various parameters such as particle size, area, and shape.
Principle
The system transmits the image to the computer through a special digital camera, and analyzes and processes the image through a special particle image processing analysis software to realize particle morphology analysis and particle measurement.
