WQS Vibration sieve is a Vibration sieve product of INESA brand, which is widely used in particle analysis in sugar, food, cosmetics, grain and other industries. The product adopts professional integrated circuit control and is very easy to operate.

Principle
The WQS Vibration sieve controls the vibration unit through the integrated circuit to vibrate the sample at a set frequency and amplitude to realize particle analysis. The vibration mode can be flexibly selected to adapt to different analysis needs.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is within the range of 220V +/- 22V.
2. Set the vibration frequency as required (3000 beats/min or 6000 beats/min).
3. Adjust the amplitude between 0mm and 3mm.
4. Select the vibration mode (fine vibration, intermittent vibration, or continuous vibration).
5. Start the instrument for particle analysis.

• The range of use does not exceed 325 mesh.
• The power requirements are 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
• The instrument weight is 24kg, pay attention to safety when handling.
