Overview
The BH-90A-EX is a Portable single Gas detector, using mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology, with fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, good Stability and Repeatability, and simple operation. The instrument is small in size, with IP65 protection level, high-strength ABS material shell, which can withstand the test of harsh environments. It uses a two-stage triple alarm (sound, light, vibration) mechanism, which is safe and reliable, high and low alarm values can be set, and is equipped with a large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery for long battery life.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses the diffusion Sampling method, where the gas enters the instrument through natural diffusion. The instrument has built-in Sensors for specific gases (such as Electrochemical sensors, Infrared Sensors, etc.). When the target gas comes into contact with the Sensor, a corresponding electrical signal will be generated. The signal is processed by the instrument's microcontroller, converted into gas concentration values and displayed on the screen. When the concentration exceeds the preset high or low alarm values, the instrument will trigger sound, light and vibration alarms.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Self-test: Sensor and system self-test will be automatically performed after the instrument is started.
3. Detection: Place the instrument in the environment to be tested and wait for the reading to stabilize.
4. Alarm settings: Set high and low alarm values through the menu (please refer to the product manual for specific operations).
5. Data viewing: You can enter the menu to view the recorded alarm data (up to 1000 sets).
6. Shutdown: Long press the power button to turn off the instrument.
7. Charging: When the power is insufficient, use the matching charger to charge the instrument.
Notice
* Do not use in environments outside the -20~ 50 ℃ Temperature range or 0~ 95% RH (non-condensation) Humidity range.
The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof, and the explosion-proof logo is Exib IIB T3 Gb, but relevant safety regulations must be followed when using it.
Do not disassemble or modify the instrument without authorization.
* Sensor life is approximately 2 years and needs to be calibrated periodically to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Charging time should be less than 5 hours, please use the original or designated charger.
When alarming, please take timely safety measures according to sound, light, and vibration prompts.
* The instrument does not have the active export function of Data storage (the data is not mentioned), and the alarm record can only be viewed in the machine.
