BH-90A-O2 is a Portable single Gas detector of BOSEAN brand, specially designed to detect oxygen (O2). The instrument adopts mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology, which has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, good Stability and Repeatability, and simple operation. The fuselage is compact, with IP65 protection level, and the high-strength ABS material makes it sturdy and durable, suitable for use in harsh environments. The instrument is equipped with sound, light and vibration three-level alarm, high and low alarm values can be set, and built-in large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, long battery life.
1. Adopt Industrial Sensor to Ensure Reliability. 2. Mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology, stable performance. 3. The fuselage is compact, easy to operate, and easy to carry and use. 4. With IP65 protection level, it is highly waterproof and dustproof. 5. Fast Response and High Sensitivity. 6. Long standby time, Continuous Operating Time can reach more than 10 hours. 7. Supports more than 30 types of Sensors, allowing for flexible configuration of gas types as required.
The Portable Gas detector uses the diffusion Sampling method. The target gas (oxygen) in the environment naturally diffuses through the air inlet of the instrument housing into the Sensor gas chamber. The Sensor (electrochemistry principle for oxygen) reacts with the gas to generate an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The signal is processed by the instrument's microcontroller, and finally the gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the display screen. When the concentration exceeds the preset high or low alarm value, the instrument will trigger an acoustic, optical and vibration alarm.

1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument. 2. Self-test: After the instrument is started, a self-test will be carried out to observe whether the display screen and indicator light are normal. 3. Detection: Place the instrument in the environment to be tested and wait for the reading to stabilize. 4. Alarm settings: In the settings menu, high and low alarm values can be set as required (oxygen low report: 19.5% vol, high report: 23.5% vol). 5. Data viewing: Historical alarm records (up to 1000 sets) can be viewed through the menu. 6. Shutdown: Long press the power button to turn off the instrument. 7. Charging: When the power is insufficient, use the matching charger to charge the instrument, and the Charging time is less than 5 hours.
• Do not charge or disassemble the instrument in hazardous areas (such as explosive gas environments). When the instrument alarms, it should be evacuated to a safe area immediately and the cause should be identified. • Avoid strong impacts or drops on the instrument to avoid damaging the Sensor or internal components. • Do not block the air inlet and sound outlet of the instrument. • Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure detection accuracy (Sensor life is about 2 years). • Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 0~ 95% RH (non-condensation), do not use in environments beyond this range. • Please use the original or designated charger when charging. • The instrument is marked Exib IIB T3 Gb, but relevant safety procedures must still be followed when using it.
