The Portable Gas detector uses the diffusion Sampling method, and the target gas enters the instrument through natural diffusion. The instrument has a special sensor for chlorine (CL2). When the gas comes into contact with the Sensor, the corresponding electrochemistry or physical signal changes will be generated. The signal is collected and processed by the microcontroller (MCU) inside the instrument. After calculation by the algorithm, the gas concentration value is displayed on the 1.77 inch high definition screen in real time. When the detection concentration exceeds the preset high or low alarm point, the instrument will immediately trigger sound, light and vibration alarms.

Calibrate: According to the service cycle or requirements, use standard gas for zero point and range calibrating (please refer to the manual for specific calibrating steps). 3. Settings: According to needs, enter the menu through the instrument button to set the high and low alarm values. 4. Detection: Carry the instrument to the environment to be tested, ensure that the Sensor part is exposed to the air, and wait for the reading to be stable. 5. Reading: Observe the real-time gas concentration value displayed on the screen. 6. Alarm Response: When the instrument emits sound, light and vibration alarm, take corresponding safety measures immediately. 7. Data viewing: The stored alarm records can be viewed through the instrument menu (support 1000 sets). 8. Shutdown: Long press the power button to turn off the instrument, or automatically enter sleep mode when not in use. 9. Charging: When the power is insufficient, use the matching charger to charge the instrument, and the Charging time is less than 5 hours.
• It is recommended to calibrate the instrument before it is used for the first time or after it has been idle for a long time. • Do not use under conditions exceeding the working Ambient Temperature (-20~ 50 ℃) and Humidity (0~ 95% RH non-condensation). • Avoid severe impact or drop of the instrument to prevent damage to the Sensor and internal components.
