Overview
The BH-90A-PH3 is a BOSEAN brand Portable single Gas detector designed to detect phosphating hydrogen (PH3) gas. The instrument uses mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology and has the characteristics of fast Response, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. Compact body, simple operation, IP65 protection level and high-strength ABS material shell, can withstand the test of harsh environment. The instrument is equipped with two-stage triple alarm (sound, light, vibration) function, high and low alarm values can be set, and uses 3.7V rechargeable lithium battery for long battery life.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses the diffusion Sampling method, where the target gas in the environment naturally diffuses into the Sensor through the air inlet of the instrument. The Sensor (for PH3 as the principle of electrochemistry) reacts with the gas to generate an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The main control microprocessor (MCU) inside the instrument processes and calculates the signal, and finally displays the real-time gas concentration value on the 1.77-inch high definition screen. When the concentration exceeds the preset high and low alarm value, the instrument will immediately trigger a triple alarm of sound, light and vibration.

Steps
1. Power on: Press the power button for a long time to start the instrument, and wait for the self-test and warm-up to complete.
2. Detection: Place the instrument in the environment to be tested to ensure that the air inlet is unobstructed and observe the real-time concentration value displayed on the screen.
3. Alarm settings: In the settings menu, set high and low Alarm thresholds according to safety specifications.
4. Alarm Response: When the concentration exceeds the standard to trigger the alarm, take corresponding safety measures according to the sound, light and vibration prompts.
5. Data viewing: Historical alarm records (up to 1000 sets) can be viewed through the menu.
6. Charging: When the power is insufficient, use the matching charger to charge the built-in lithium battery, and the Charging time is less than 5 hours.
Notice
• Please read the manual carefully before use to ensure that you understand the operation process and the meaning of the alarm.
• The instrument is designed to detect phosphating hydrogen (PH3), do not use it to detect Miscellaneous uncalibrated gases.
• Avoid prolonged use in extremely high concentrations of gas to avoid damage to the Sensor.
• Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 0~ 95% RH (non-condensation), do not use in environments beyond this range.
• Periodically calibrated to ensure detection accuracy, Sensor nominal life is 2 years.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (Exib IIB T3 Gb), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Please use the original or designated charger when charging, and ensure the safety of the environment.
• Avoid strong impact or drop of the instrument to prevent damage to internal components.
• When cleaning the instrument, please wipe it with a soft damp cloth, do not use corrosion chemical solvents or soak cleaning.
