Overview
The BH-90A-HCL is a Portable single Gas detector produced by the BOSEAN brand, dedicated to detecting hydrogen chloride (HCL) gas. The product adopts mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology, which has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The fuselage is compact, easy to operate, and has a high-strength ABS material shell and IP65 protection level. It has good waterproof performance and can adapt to harsh working environments. The instrument is equipped with three alarms of sound, light and vibration. The alarm value can be set, which is safe and reliable. Built-in 3.7V rechargeable lithium battery, long battery life.
Features
1. Industrial Sensor, Fast Response and High Sensitivity.
2. Mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology, stable performance.
3. The fuselage is compact, easy to operate, and easy to carry.
4. With IP65 protection level, excellent waterproof performance.
5. Two-level triple alarm (sound, light, vibration), safety tips are not easy to ignore.
6. High and low alarm values can be set as required.
7. Long standby time, up to 10 hours of continuous operation.
8. Supports more than 30 types of Sensors, and can flexibly configure or customize Gas detection types according to customer needs.
Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses the diffusion Sampling method, in which the target gas in the environment diffuses into the interior through the ventilation holes of the instrument shell. The instrument has a dedicated Electrochemical sensor (for HCL gas) built in. When the gas comes into contact with the Sensor, a chemical reaction occurs, generating an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The signal is processed by the instrument's microcontroller, and finally the gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the display screen. When the concentration exceeds the preset high and low alarm values, the instrument will trigger an acoustic, optical and vibration alarm.
Applications
Chemical production, environment monitoring, emergency rescue, petroleum and petrochemical, municipal gas, sewage treatment, laboratory safety, metallurgical casting, warehousing and logistics, fire safety inspection
Standards
GB3836.1-2010、GB3836.4-2010、GB15322.3-2003、JJG693-2011、JJG365-2008、JJG695-2003、JJG915-2008
Steps
1. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
2. After the self-test is completed, the instrument enters the normal working state and displays the environment gas concentration in real time.
3. Enter the settings interface through the menu key to view or modify parameters such as alarm values.
4. When the gas concentration exceeds the standard, the instrument automatically triggers the sound, light and vibration alarm.
5. After use, press the power button for a long time to shut down.
6. When the power is insufficient, use the matching charger to charge the instrument.
Notice
The instrument is designed to detect HCL gases. Do not use it to detect uncalibrated Miscellaneous gases.
• Avoid prolonged use in extremely high concentrations of gas to prevent damage to the Sensor.
• Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 0~ 95% RH (non-condensation), do not use in environments beyond this range.
• The instrument is marked Exib IIB T3 Gb, but still needs to be used under safety regulations.
• Periodically calibrated to ensure detection accuracy, Sensor life is about 2 years.
• Please use the original charger when charging. Charging time is less than 5 hours.
When the instrument alarms, please take immediate safety measures and evacuate to a safe area.
• Avoid severe impact or falling of the instrument.
• Do not disassemble or modify the instrument yourself.
