The BH-90A-HF Portable Gas detector is a cost-effective single gas detection device designed for detecting hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas. The instrument uses mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology, with fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and Simple operation. Its small size, IP65 Protection Rating, high-strength ABS material shell, can adapt to harsh working environments. The instrument adopts three alarm modes of sound, light and vibration, and supports high and low alarm value settings, which is safe and reliable.
1. Industrial Sensor, Fast Response and High Sensitivity. 2. Mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology, stable performance. 3. The fuselage is compact and easy to operate. 4. With IP65 protection level, it is highly waterproof. 5. Long standby time, working continuously for more than 10 hours. 6. Support three-level alarm of sound, light and vibration, which is not easy to ignore. 7. High and low alarm values can be set. 8. Using 3.7V rechargeable lithium battery, Charging time is less than 5 hours. 9. Supports more than 30 types of Sensors, which can be flexibly configured or customized as needed.
The Portable Gas detector uses the diffusion Sampling method. The target gas in the environment, such as hydrogen fluoride, naturally diffuses through the air inlet hole of the instrument housing into the Sensor gas chamber. The Sensor (for a specific gas type, such as an Electrochemical sensor) reacts with the target gas to produce an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. After the signal is processed, amplified and calculated by the instrument's microcontroller (MCU), the gas concentration value is finally displayed in real time on the display screen. When the concentration exceeds a preset Alarm threshold, the instrument triggers an acoustic, optical and vibration alarm.

1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument. 2. Self-test: After the instrument is started, perform Sensor and system self-test to observe whether the display screen and alarm indicator are normal. 3. Detection: Place the instrument in the environment to be tested, wait for the reading to be stable, and observe the gas concentration value on the display screen. 4. Alarm Response: When the concentration exceeds the limit to trigger the alarm, take corresponding safety measures according to the sound, light and vibration prompts. 5. Data viewing: Historical alarm records can be viewed through the function keys (support 1000 groups). 6. Shutdown: Press the power button for a long time to turn off the instrument, or wait for it to shut down automatically. 7. Charging: When the power is insufficient, use the matching charger to charge the instrument.
• Please read the instructions carefully before use and make sure the instrument is calibrated and within the valid period. The instrument is designed to detect hydrogen fluoride (HF) gases. Do not use it to detect unconfigured gases. • Avoid use in environments with strong electromagnetic interference, high temperatures (over 50 ° C) or high humidity condensation. When the instrument alarms, it should be evacuated to a safe area immediately and the cause should be identified. • Do not disassemble or modify the instrument without authorization, so as not to affect the explosion-proof performance and safety. • Regularly charge and maintain the instrument to ensure that the battery is fully charged. Sensors have a lifespan of about 2 years and require regular verification or replacement to ensure detection accuracy. • The instrument shell is made of ABS material and should be avoided from severe impact or falling.
