CHIJIU MYP19-2A Magnetic Stirrer is a heating magnetic Stir device with an aluminum alloy die-cast shell, equipped with a high-power aluminum heating plate and a brushless DC motor, with a strong magnetic Stir function. The product realizes stable speed and multiple temperature control modes through microprocessor control, can precisely control the heating temperature, and supports forward and reverse Stir function, allowing forward, reverse or bi-directional Stir, and the commutation time is adjustable.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer drives the strong magnetic Stir magnet swirl/spin through the microprocessor-controlled brushless DC motor to generate a magnetic field to drive the Stir in the container. The heating plate provides a heat source, and the temperature is monitored in real time through the PT100 temperature transducer. The microprocessor precisely adjusts the heating power and stirring speed to achieve stable Stir and temperature control. The forward and reverse Stir function is realized by the motor commutation, and the commutation time can be adjusted to suit different Stir needs.

Steps
1. Connect the device to AC220V +/- 10% power supply
2. Place the Stir container in the heating area, making sure the Stir is in the center
3. Set stirring speed (50~ 1500rpm) through control panel
4. Select the temperature control mode and set the target temperature (adjustable within a maximum of 350 ° C)
5. Stir direction (forward and reverse) and commutation time as needed
6. Start the device and monitor the LED display
7. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment
