Overview
The NIRUN NTV-T3R viscosity temperature controller is a device that integrates viscosity measurement and temperature precision control, breaking through the split machine mode composed of thermostatic sink, Viscosity-Tester and small sample adapter on the market.

1. The all-in-one system includes a 7-inch wide Touchscreen host, a small sample adapter (SSR) cylindrical sample sleeve, an SC4 rotor and a temperature controller;
2. The amount of the test sample is only 2 to 16ml, and the cylindrical geometry of the SC4 rotor ensures accurate viscosity measurement;
3. Electric control lifting, accurate positioning;

Principle
The viscosity temperature controller performs viscosity measurement through a small sample adapter (SSR) and SC4 rotor, while the temperature controller precisely controls the sample temperature. The rotor swirls/spins in the sample, combined with an electric lift system for precise positioning and Stir, ensuring temperature uniformity and fast thermostatic.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on;
2. Install a small sample cartridge and SC4 rotor;
3. Set the speed and temperature parameters through Touchscreen;
4. Start measurement, the system automatically lifts and positions;
5. Select the data storage method (single point, continuous or timed);
6. After the measurement is completed, remove the sample cartridge for cleaning.

• Power frequency within the range of AC100-240V;
• The operating temperature shall not exceed the allowable operation temperature range (indoor temperature plus 10~ 250 ° C);
• The sample dosage is controlled between 2 and 16ml;
• Check whether the rotor is firmly installed before use;
• Regularly clean the sample cartridge and rotor to maintain accuracy;
• Ensure that the connection of the U disk is stable when storing data.
