Principle
The intelligent Viscometer calculates the viscosity value of the sample by driving the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample and measuring the Tack resistance to the rotor. The built-in RTD temperature probe monitors the sample temperature, the ARM processor processes the data quickly and displays parameters such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress and more in real time via the touchscreen.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor according to the measurement requirements and install it.
2. Place the sample in the measurement cup to ensure that the rotor is immersed in the sample to the specified depth.
3. Set measurement parameters through the touch screen, such as speed, Measurement mode, etc.
4, start the measurement, the instrument will automatically display and record the viscosity change.
5. After the measurement is completed, the data can be exported through the U disk or network, or further analysis can be carried out using optional software.
Notice
* Please select the appropriate rotor according to the estimated viscosity range of the sample to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Ensure that the sample temperature is stable, and optional thermostatic water tank can be used for temperature control if necessary.
* Keep the rotor and measurement cup clean to avoid residues affecting the measurement results.
* Measurement range beyond the instrument will issue an alarm, please adjust the measurement conditions in time.
* When correcting the temperature and viscosity coefficient by yourself, ensure reliable and accurate reference data.
