Principle
The intelligent Viscometer works on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement. The instrument drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample and calculates the viscosity value of the sample by measuring the Tack resistance to the rotor. The built-in ARM chip processor processes the data quickly and displays parameters such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress and more in real time via the touch screen.

Steps
1. According to the estimated viscosity of the sample, select the appropriate rotor and install it.
2. Place the sample in the measurement container and adjust the height of the instrument to immerse the rotor in the sample to the designated mark.
3. Set measurement parameters through the touch screen, such as speed, Measurement mode, etc.
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically runs and displays the viscosity value and change in real time. Linear dispersion.
5. After the measurement is completed, you can choose to save the data to the U disk or transfer it to the computer through the Gigabit network port.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally before use.
• Select the appropriate rotor according to the sample viscosity range to avoid alarm or inaccurate measurement due to exceeding the range.
• The depth of the rotor immersion in the sample must be strictly marked.
• Keep the rotor and measurement vessel clean to avoid residues affecting Measurement accuracy.
• For High Accuracy measurements, it is recommended to use the optional thermostatic sink to control the sample temperature.
• The instrument has a temperature and viscosity correction function, and the correction needs to be based on reliable data and protected by a password.
