Overview
The NIRUN CAP-02 is an optional rotor for the NTV-CAP3H cone plate Rheometer, model CAP-02, suitable for medium to high viscosity fluid measurement. The rotor has a shear rate of 13.3N, a sample size of 38 μL, and a viscosity measurement range of 37 to 75,000 mPa · s.

Principle
As the rotor member of the cone plate Rheometer, CAP-02 by swirling/spinning shearing force acting on the sample, the sample in response to a specific shear rate to measure viscosity characteristics.

Steps
1. Prepare 38 μL of sample
2. Place the sample in the measurement position
3. Set Rotor speed in the range of 5~ 1000rpm
4. Start the measurement program
5. Read viscosity measurement results
Notice
The sample size must be precisely controlled within 38 μL
• Ensure that the sample viscosity is within the range of 37~ 75000mPa · s
• The speed setting should be between 5 and 1000rpm
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy of +/- 2% F.S
• Clean the rotor surface before and after use
