Principle
Rheometer rotor as a cone plate, by swirl/spin shear force acting on the sample, the measurement of fluid viscosity characteristics at different shear rates.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and ensure that the sample volume is 67 μL
2. Mounting the Rotor to the NTV-CAP3H Cone Plate Rheometer
3. Set the required speed range (5~ 1000rpm)
4. Start measurement and record viscosity data
5. Analysis based on measurement results

The sample size must be precisely controlled within 67 μL

Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy of +/- 2% F.S
