Overview
The NIRUN CAP-06 cone plate Rheometer is an optional CAP rotor for the NTV-CAP3H cone plate Rheometer with a shear rate of 3.3N, a sample volume of 30 μL, and a viscosity range of 750 to 1500 mPa · s.

Principle
As the rotor member of the cone-plate Rheometer, a stable shear field is generated during swirl/spin by the cone-plate geometry, and the viscosity characteristics of the fluid at a specific shear rate are measured.

Steps
1. Prepare 30 μL of sample to be tested
2. Install CAP-06 Rotor to NTV-CAP3H Cone Plate Rheometer
3. Set the required speed (5~ 1000rpm range)
4. Start the measurement program
5. Record viscosity measurement results

• The sample size needs to be precisely controlled to 30 μL
• Make sure the rotor is installed correctly and securely
• The viscosity measurement range should be within 750~ 1500000mPa · s
• The speed setting should be within the range of 5~ 1000rpm
