Overview
The NIRUN CAP-08 rotor is an optional CAP rotor for the NTV-CAP3H cone-plate Rheometer with a shear rate of 2.0N, a sample volume of 400 μL, and a suitable viscosity range of 125~ 250000mPa · s.

Principle
Rheometer rotor member as a cone plate, by swirl/spin shear force acting on the sample, according to the response characteristics of the sample at different shear rates to the measurement of rheological parameters such as viscosity of the fluid.

Steps
1. Select CAP-08 Rotor to Mount on NTV-CAP3H Cone Plate Rheometer
2. Prepare 400 μL of sample volume
3. Set the required speed parameters (5~ 1000rpm)
4. Start the measurement program
5. Read and record viscosity measurement results
Notice
Sample volume must be precisely controlled to 400 μL
• Make sure the rotor is installed correctly and securely
• Sample viscosity should be in the range of 125~ 250000mPa · s
• When operating, pay attention to the speed setting not exceeding 1000rpm
• Regularly clean the rotor to ensure measurement accuracy
