Overview
The NIRUN NTV-CAP1LV cone-plate viscometer is a viscosity measurement instrument with a 7-inch wide Touchscreen that supports a variety of viscosity units and measurement modes. It is equipped with an ARM chip processor and gigabit network port data communication for accurate measurement of medium and high viscosity fluids.

Principle
The cone-plate viscometer calculates viscosity by measuring the resistance of the fluid to the rotor by swirling/spinning the rotor through the sample. It monitors the sample temperature with a built-in PT100 temperature Probe and processes the data quickly with an ARM chip for accurate display of shear rate and shear stress.
Applications
Medium viscosity fluids: hot-melt adhesives, coatings, Resin, starch, silk screen inks, surface preparation, organic solvents, frost, food, gel, chewing gum, plastic sol, etc.; High viscosity fluids: Adhesive, gel, sealing agent, asphalt, Printing ink, chocolate, tar, molasses, paste, synthetic polymers, epoxy polymers, vinyl esters, roofing materials
Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Select the appropriate rotor (e.g. CPE-40, CPE-41, etc.) and install it
3. Set measurement parameters, such as speed and save method through Touchscreen
4. Add sample and start measurement
5. Observe viscosity value changes and rheological Linear dispersion (such as optional software)
6. Data can be saved and transmitted through a U disk or a Gigabit network port
Notice
• Power frequency within 100V-240V range before use
• When selecting a rotor, pay attention to the matching of sample volume and viscosity range
• Avoid exceeding the range of the instrument during measurement to prevent alarm prompts
• Temperature and viscosity corrections need to be password protected to ensure reliable data
