The NIRUN NTV-CAP1RV cone-plate viscometer is a High Accuracy viscosity measurement instrument suitable for testing medium to high viscosity fluids. Equipped with a 7-inch wide Touchscreen and ARM chip processor, it is easy to operate and has fast data processing speed. Supports multiple viscosity unit swapping, automatic conversion of dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity, anti-static housing and automatic lifting design.

Principle
The cone-plate viscometer generates shear force by swirling/spinning the rotor in the sample for measurement of fluid viscosity. The built-in PT100 temperature Probe monitors the temperature in real time, and the ARM chip quickly processes the data to calculate the shear rate and shear stress. Support stepless speed change, the user can enter the speed to obtain the corresponding viscosity value, and data transmission through Gigabit network port or U disk.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Select the appropriate rotor (e.g. CPE-40, CPE-41, etc.) and install it
3. Set parameters such as speed and temperature through Touchscreen
4. Add the sample to the specified amount (depending on the rotor type, such as 0.5ml or 2.0ml).
5. Start the measurement and observe the continuous change of viscosity value
6. Data can be saved through Gigabit network port or U disk, support single point, continuous, timing mode
7. After the measurement is completed, clean the rotor and shut down
Notice
• Power frequency in 100V-240V range to avoid interference
• Check whether the rotor is in good condition before use to avoid damage to the sample or instrument
The sample size needs to be precisely controlled according to the rotor type, such as 0.5ml for CPE-40 and 2.0ml for CPE-41.
• Pay attention to the temperature range when measuring, plate temperature -1 ℃~ 150 ℃, accuracy +/- 0.1 ℃
• When the measurement range is exceeded, the instrument will issue an alarm sound, and the parameters need to be adjusted in time
• Password protection allows only users with reliable data to correct temperature and viscosity coefficient
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy +/- 1% F.S
