Principle
The cone-plate viscometer measures the resistance (shear stress) generated by the sample to the rotor by driving a specific rotor (e.g. CAP-01 to CAP-06) in the sample at a set speed (e.g. 750rpm) swirl/spin, and combines known geometric parameters (e.g. shear rate) to calculate the viscosity value of the sample.
