Overview
The FARUI 5750 Linear Wear meter is a test device used to evaluate the Abrasion Resistance, Scratch Resistance and Color Transmission of products, supporting dry and wet abrasion testing. The instrument can test samples of any size or shape, and is especially suitable for products with contoured and polished surfaces, such as computer mice and other IT products. Principle
Wear meter simulates the abrasion and scraping process in actual use through linear reciprocating motion of the grinding head on the surface of the sample. The user can set parameters such as moving distance, speed, number of revolutions and load. The grinding head is made of high-mass material to ensure stable testing to evaluate the Abrasion Resistance, Scratch Resistance and Color Transmission of the sample.

Steps
1. Set parameters such as moving distance, speed, number of revolutions, and load.
2. Select the appropriate abrasion media and accessories.
3. Fix the sample on the test bench.
4. Start the instrument for abrasion test.
5. Monitor the testing process and replace the grinding head if necessary.
6. Record the test results.
Notice
• The maximum number of revolutions can be set to 999,999 revolutions, but the grinding head eraser may need to be replaced during this period.
• Standard traverse speed is 2~ 60 roundtrips/minute, up to 120 roundtrips/minute.
• Standard load range from 350g to 2100g, generally randomly configured 250g weight 3, can be customized Miscellaneous weight.
