Principle
The instrument obtains a clear image of the cracking surface of the structure through a high-power digital magnification lens, and uses the built-in intelligent image processing algorithm to automatically identify and interpret the cracking edge, so as to calculate the cracking width value in real time. In the long-term monitoring mode, the instrument can automatically take pictures, interpret and store data at set intervals, and record the change process of the cracking width.

Steps
1. Power on and select Operating Mode (real-time detection or long-term monitoring).
2. Point the instrument lens at the cracking to ensure that the image is clear.
3. For real-time detection mode, the instrument will automatically interpret the width, or manually select the point to interpret.
4. For long-term monitoring mode, set the monitoring interval and total duration, and install the instrument fixedly.
5. The instrument automatically takes pictures, measurements and Data storage according to the settings.
6. After monitoring or when necessary, export the stored images and data through the USB flash drive.
7. Use the matching off-machine Data analysis software to further process or re-interpret the exported data.
Notice

* Keep the lens clean during measurement and align and crack for a clear image.
Regularly charge the built-in lithium battery to ensure normal operating life.
