ZJB-120S Laboratory Stirrer is a smart device under the MUXUAN brand. It uses a brushless DC motor and an engineering plastic case. The core is a three-core processor intelligent control main board and a 2.8-inch TFT touch screen. The machine has real-time voltage, Frequency, Current, Power and Torque Linear dispersion diagram display functions, supports forward and reverse rotation, and is easy to operate. Principle
The Stirrer is driven by a brushless DC motor controlled by a microprocessor. The microprocessor can monitor the load and Power supply voltage fluctuations in real time, and adjust the motor output in real time to maintain the set stirring Rotation speed constant. The intelligent control main board processes the signal, displays various operating parameters and torque Linear dispersion on the TFT touch screen, and realizes accurate Rotation speed control and data lake visualization.

Steps
Connect the AC 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Install the appropriate Impeller (e.g. four-blade stainless steel blades as standard) through the rotary chuck.
3. Turn on the power and set it through the 2.8-inch TFT touch screen or the combined control knob.
4. Set the required Rotation speed (range 30~ 2000rpm), timing (range 1~ 6000min) and forward and reverse mode on the screen.
5. Start stirring, the screen will display parameters such as Rotation speed, voltage, current, Power and torque Linear dispersion in real time.
6. During the experiment, you can pause, adjust parameters, or use the memory function to call the preset at any time.
7. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
Please ensure that the power supply is AC 220V 50Hz and is properly grounded.
Processing capacity is recommended in the range of 0.2~ 40L, and the viscosity of the material should not exceed 100000mPa · s.
* Check whether the Impeller installation is firm before running to prevent it from loosening and throwing out.
Equipment is protected against overload, but do not overload for long periods of time.
* When selecting the temperature module, please pay attention to the Measurement range (-20~ 200 ℃) and applicability of the temperature sensor (PT1000).
When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
Do not disassemble the casing or modify the circuit without authorization.
