FS-1100D laboratory High Speed Disperser is a new high-performance product developed by QIWEI brand according to the development trend of international professional dispersion equipment. The equipment integrates the dispersion function and the Stir function, and the two processes of dispersion and homogenization are completed by one machine and one container. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, good mixing effect and easy cleaning. It adopts electric lifting mode, which is simple and convenient to operate.

Principle
The device drives the impeller high-speed swirl/spin through the motor to disperse and mix the material in the liquid to achieve a homogeneous effect. The electric lift system can adjust the impeller position to adapt to different processing needs.
Applications

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position and connect it to the power supply.
2. Select the appropriate impeller and Mixing Tank as needed;
3. Use the electric lifting system to adjust the impeller to the appropriate height;
4. Set the required speed and start the device for scattered or mixed operation.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power frequency is 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage mismatch;
• Check whether all parts of the equipment are in good condition before operation;
• Choose the appropriate processing amount according to the material viscosity, and the maximum processing viscosity does not exceed 100000mPa.s.
• Pay attention to safety when cleaning to avoid water or detergent entering the motor part.
• Optional accessories need to be configured according to actual needs to ensure compatibility.
