Principle
The device drives the impeller or grinding disc through the motor to swirl/spin at high speed, and disperses and mixes the fluid material in the container to achieve a uniform dispersion effect of the material.

Steps
1. Put the material into the Mixing Tank container
2. Adjust the speed according to the process requirements (adjustable from 100 to 8000rpm)
3. Start the device for decentralized mixing processing
4. Use the manual lift function to adjust the processing position
5. Timing function can be set to control processing time
6. Turn off the equipment and clean the container after processing is completed

• The motor is a series motor, which should not be used in explosion-proof workshops
• Equipment without explosion-proof function
• Maximum treatment viscosity should be less than 0000mPa.s
