The SDF-400 laboratory high speed dissolver is a high-performance equipment that integrates dispersion and mixing functions. Principle
The device drives the impeller or grinding disc to swirl/spin at high speed in the container through the motor, which produces strong shearing, Impact and turbulence on the fluid material, so as to achieve rapid dispersion, mixing and homogenization of the material.

Steps
1. Place the device smoothly and connect the 220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Select the appropriate Mixing Tank (e.g. 1.5L standard bucket or optional 2.5L, 5L Mixing Tank) according to the experimental requirements and place it under the lifting table.
3. Use the electric lifting function to adjust the mixing head to the appropriate height in the Mixing Tank.
4. Add the material to the Mixing Tank.
5. Set the required Rotation speed (speed range 100~ 8000rpm) and timing time.
6. Start the device for decentralized and mixed operations.
7. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power, raise the stirring head, remove the Mixing Tank and clean it.
Notice
This machine is suitable for testing fluid materials in containers, and the processing viscosity should be less than 10000mPa.s.
• Processing capacity is recommended in the range of 2~ 5kg.
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly before use, and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of 220V 50HZ.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with high-speed swirling/spinning parts on your body or clothing.
Equipment does not have explosion-proof function, do not use in flammable and explosive environment.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment.
• Optional accessories (such as Mixing Tank of different specifications) can be configured according to actual needs.
