Overview
The SDF-1100 laboratory high speed dissolver is a high-performance equipment that integrates dispersion and stirring functions. It can complete the two processes of dispersion and homogenization in one machine and one container. The equipment has high efficiency, good mixing effect, easy cleaning, and adopts electric lifting mode. It is widely used in the dispersion and mixing of materials in liquids such as factories, scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges and medical units.

Principle
The device drives the impeller or grinding disc to swirl/spin at high speed in the container through the motor to shear, Impact and disperse the fluid material, so as to achieve uniform mixing, dispersion and homogenization of the material.

Steps
Place the device on a stable work surface and connect it to a 220V 50HZ power supply.
2. According to the material Processing capacity (2~ 5kg) and viscosity (< 10000mPa.s), select the appropriate impeller (φ 50/60mm) or grinding disc (φ 60mm).
3. Put the material to be processed into a 1.5L Mixing Tank (or optional 2.5L, 5L Mixing Tank).
4. Use the electric lift function to adjust the impeller or grinding tray to the appropriate working position in the container.
5. Set the required Rotation speed (speed range 100~ 8000rpm) and timing time through the knob.
6. Start the equipment to disperse and mix materials.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply, raise the mixing head, and clean the equipment and containers.
Notice
This machine is suitable for conducting fluid material experiments in containers.
• The motor is a series motor and should not be used in an explosion-proof workshop.
• This equipment has no explosion-proof function.
The viscosity of the treated material should be less than 10000mPa.s.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating and avoid touching high-speed swirling/spinning parts.
